Will my rates change?
Most rates stay the same.
Credit card rates are often lower than Shift4.
Do I need a new card machine?
You’ll receive an upgraded version of your current terminal as part of the switch.
It’s from the same manufacturer, so it will feel very familiar to use.
The new terminal includes a SIM card and supports additional features available through DNA.
There’s no installation charge and no change to your current rental.
How long does switching take?
Most accounts are approved and ready within around 3 working days.
Will my existing collections continue to work?
Yes.
